At ALT. Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your scent experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original box and use a secure shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
